We know everyone loves free gifts and we love gifting them! Because they're free, gifts and samples are only available in very limited numbers and may not be available at the time of your order.

They are not eligible for return, replacement, exchange, or store credit.

We are constantly rotating our gift selection and free gifts may not be available at the time you place your order. Our promotions are limited time only and cannot be applied to past orders.

If you were not able to add a free gift when you placed your order, please contact us! We may be able to edit your order as long as it has not yet been fulfilled.

Once fulfilled, we cannot:

1) Add a gift to your order

2) Send a replacement for any item(s) not on your packing list

3) Replace, exchange or offer store credit to any unwanted or damaged gifts

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the unopened item within 30 days of placing your order.

There is a $7.99 shipping charge for generating a mail in return label. There is a $4.99 Return Bar fee for drop off returns.

Any additional charges will be subtracted from your total refund. Once your return is received, you do not need to make any additional payments.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs.

When mailing back an item back to our warehouse, please allow up to 15 days for our warehouse to receive and process your refund. You will receive an email notification letting you know your refund has been processed.

Return Bar returns will be refunded 24 hours after carrier scan.

Before placing an order, you can choose to create a user profile, or check out as a guest. The benefit of creating a profile is that your personal details are already stored so that you don't have to enter them again when placing a new order. On your profile, you can get a full overview of your pending orders, order history, shipping and payment details.

Our warehouse is located in New Jersey. We do not offer local pick up.
