If the product you ordered did not meet your expectations you may return it for a refund. Please note that you must ship your item back to us within 30 days of receiving it to be eligible for a refund. For example if your item was delivered to you on November 1st, you must ship it back by December 1st. 
All unused and unopened items returned within 30 days will receive a refund back to the original form of payment. Keep in mind that a $7.99 cost of shipping fee will be subtracted from your total refund amount.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

How do I return an item?
Step 1: Email the MERSI Customer Service Team at help@havemersi.com.
Step 2: Under the subject line RETURN, please include your:
  • Order number
  • Name used on the order
  • Item(s) you want to return
Step 3: If possible, please include a reason for your return/exchange! This step is entirely optional.
Step 4: Once your request is approved you will receive a return label via email. Keep in mind that a $7.99 cost of shipping fee will be subtracted from your total refund amount for mail returns.
Step 5: Pack the item(s) you are returning back in its original packaging, secure the return label on the package, and drop the item off with the carrier.

What's the process once I send the return?
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a refund. 
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Please keep in mind that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
