If the product you ordered did not meet your expectations you may return it for a refund or process an exchange. Please note that you must return your item within 30 days of receiving it to be eligible for a refund. For example if your item was delivered to you on November 1st, you must ship it back by December 1st.

All unused and unopened items returned within 30 days will receive a refund back to the original form of payment. Keep in mind that a $7.99 cost of shipping fee and $4.99 Return Bar fee will be subtracted from your total refund amount.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

How do I return/exchange an item?
Step 1: Visit our returns page.
Step 2: Enter your order number and zip code.
Step 3: Select the item you would like to return/exchange and select a reason for your exchange/return.
Step 4: Select from a list of return options and follow the instructions for your chosen method.

*Keep in mind that a $7.99 cost of shipping fee will be subtracted from your total refund amount for any mail in returns and a $4.99 Return Bar fee for any drop off returns.

What's the process once I send the return?
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a refund or your exchange.
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Please keep in mind that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
