Returns & Refunds

If the product you ordered did not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund. Please note that you must ship back your item within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund back to the original form of payment (for example if your item was delivered to you on November 1st, you must ship it back by December 1st).

All unused and unopened items returned within 30 days will receive a refund back to the original form of payment. A $7.99 cost of shipping fee will be subtracted from your total refund amount for mail in returns.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

• Step 1: Locate your order number from the included packing slip or through your account.

• Step 2: Email help@havemersi.com with your order number, name of the item(s) you want to return, and optionally, reasons for your return and comments. Return approval can take 1-2 business days.

• Step 3: Once your request is approved you will receive a return label via email within 1 business day. Keep in mind that a $7.99 cost of shipping fee will be subtracted from your total refund amount for mail in returns.

• Step 4: Pack the item you are returning back in its original packaging, place the return label on the package, and drop the item off with the carrier.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a refund. 

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Please keep in mind that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
